No-show on the expected check-in date: 100% of the room rate will be charged for all confirmed rooms.

Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM.

From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, there is a 30% surcharge on the room rate.
From 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, there is a 50% surcharge on the room rate.
Before 6:00 AM, the full night's rate still applies.
Late Check-out:
From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, there is a 30% surcharge on the room rate.
From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, there is a 50% surcharge on the room rate
From 12:00 PM onwards until 6:00 PM, there will be a 100% surcharge (full night's rate).
