1. Please present your passport or national ID card at the reception desk for check-in procedures.

2. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is only permitted in designated areas with signage and/or outside on room balconies. Any violation will result in the guest being charged for restoration, deep cleaning, and deodorizing of affected equipment and furnishings.

3. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.              

4. Behavior in public areas: Respect the principle of serving those who arrive first; Prioritize pregnant women, persons with disabilities, elderly, and frail individuals; Refrain from causing noise or shouting; Do not place feet or shoes on chairs and avoid other uncivilized behaviors in public areas; Supervise children in public areas.

5. Do not bring fruits, strong-smelling foods (such as durian, jackfruit, fermented fish sauces, etc.) into the hotel rooms.

6. The hotel is only responsible for items or money deposited at the front desk.

7. Do not bring firearms, explosives, hazardous substances, addictive substances, pets, or strongly odorous foods into the guest rooms. Cooking and laundry are not allowed in the guest rooms.

8. Do not rearrange or move furniture within the room or between rooms. In case of loss or damage to property or items due to negligence, guests will be liable to compensate 100% of the value.

9. Please do not change rooms or add additional guests to the room without prior registration with the reception.

10. If you have visitors, please contact the reception desk to arrange a meeting place.

11. Absolutely no illegal activities are permitted within the hotel premises, including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, drug use, and physical altercations. Guests are fully responsible for complying with Vietnamese laws and hotel policies. Any violations will be dealt with according to the law and hotel regulations.

12. When leaving the room, please remove your key card from the power slot and leave it at the front desk. Electricity in the room will automatically be cut off once the door is closed.

13. f you detect a fire in the hotel, please urgently inform the nearest person and calmly follow the fire prevention instructions.

14. Noise regulations: After 10:00 PM, guests are not allowed to play loud TV or music using speakers, or speak loudly to ensure general order. Noise is considered excessive if it disturbs or inconveniences other hotel guests.

15. Check-out time is 12:30 PM. Late check-out will incur an additional fee. Please contact the reception if necessary.

16. Before leaving the hotel, please settle all invoices and return the room key to the reception.
